INFORMATION

We’ll start with 45 minutes of guided breathwork to prepare your body and mind for the cold.

Afterwards, you’ll enter the ice bath for a duration that feels right for you, with professional support throughout the entire experience.

No previous experience is needed. This session is designed especially for complete beginners.

Please bring your swimwear, a towel and flip flop. No other equipment is required.
